Mr. K.W. Titus is the Chairman of The Titus Group, founded in 2018. Titus is an active board member for the company’s US operations. The company’s experience includes industrial, office and retail development throughout the United States, Canada. Since it’s inception, K.W. Titus has grown the company into a well-respected and highly sought-after company by international and local entities. Mr. Titus is highly involved in the community hosting events that benefit the local first responders in the communities in which he builds. Among the events he hosts for first responders was a “Hams for Heroes” event that benefited hundreds of fire and police personnel. Mr. Titus also ensures that local non-profit organizations such at the Mana House receives donations/food to ensure that he his helping build up the communities around the developments in which he invests and develops. K.W. currently resides in Dallas with his wife and two fur-kids Merle and Watson.

During his 22-year tenure as mayor, Chicago became a prominent player in the 21st century global economy, now ranking among the top economic centers and most influential cities worldwide. Mr. Daley pioneered a model of successful public-private partnerships that established Chicago as the benchmark for long-term sustainable urban growth and development. Throughout his career, Mr. Daley has maintained a commitment to unifying mayors across the United States and the world to tackle the challenges confronting cities. He served as the 54th president of the U.S. Conference of Mayors, organized the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative in 2003 for the restoration of the Great Lakes and founded and chaired the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus for the Chicagoland region. He has also hosted international conferences in Chicago for delegations of municipal leaders from the United States, Canada, China and the Middle East and is a sought-out advisor to countless foreign leaders. He served on the boards of Coca-Cola (KO) and the JP Morgan global cities initiatives, Victory Park Capital, among others and is of Counsel to Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, an international law firm based in Chicago. A former state senator prosecutor, Mr. Daley was elected mayor in 1989 and re-elected five times before deciding to retire from government in May of 2011.


Mr. Patrick Daley has led and completed growth capital, management buyout and distressed investments across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, consumer products, logistics and financial services throughout the United States as well as in Russia and China. Mr. Daley also worked in the Investment Banking group of Bear Stearns in New York specializing in real estate, gaming and lodging. Mr. Daley is a member of the board of advisors for After School Matters, a non-profit organization that provides after-school programs to Chicago’s teens. He also serves on the board of directors of the Youth Impact Program (YIP), a summer program designed to promote positive development in urban-based at-risk boys between the ages of 10 and 14 years old. Mr. Daley served in the United States Army and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. He received a B.A. from the University of Illinois in Champaign–Urbana, an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago and is a CFA charterholder.


Mr. Stisser is a strategist with management and operational experience with 25+ years in financial services and private equity. His experience includes stints in investment banking and privately funded holding companies. Mark is a notable in capital formation, turnarounds, corporate restructuring, and strategic initiatives. Mark’s investment and operational experience encompass asset management, cpg, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, insurance, logistics, retail, and telecommunications. Currently, Mr. Stisser also serves as a senior advisor to multiple assets managers, private equity, and VC funds. He is also an ardent supporter and advisor to the Jack Kemp Foundation and Empower America. Mr. Stisser is active in his community, helping numerous non-profits and urban youth development programs. A Chicago native, Mr. Stisser resides in Dallas with wife and five children. He holds a BA from Wake Forest University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
